Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
All orders will be processed within 1 - 5 business days. All orders are shipped Monday-Friday from our warehouse. Shipping does not include insurance. Bloomsdays.com, including any of its affiliated entities, is not responsible for the package once it leaves our warehouse. We will make every effort to ensure that your purchase is well packed and shipped promptly.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Returns Policy
Refunds are only available to liquid items if they are unopened. Other unused items may also be returned to Bloomsdays within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If you have purchased your unit from anywhere other than our website, please return your merchandise to the place where you purchased it.
We stand by the quality of our products and will provide a 90-day warranty (from date of receipt) which includes exchanges for any part that might have a manufacturing defect. Should you have ANY problem with our products please contact us via email at support@bloomsdays.com. We reserve the right to require the purchaser to send the defective items back to us to be inspected and/or request photographs of the damaged item(s).We cannot exchange products that are damaged by misuse. If an item is defective, we will send you a replacement unit of equal value free of charge. Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs of returning item, and Bloomsdays.com will ship the replacement part free of charge.
